Description Designed for FontShop International in 1995 by Albert-Jan Pool. Based on OCR-B typeface (1968) by Adrian Frutiger. OCR-B was designed for use of optical character recognition systems and very similar to Univers by its shape. OCR-F is a sans serif typeface and has three weights. For use in advertising and display typography. Cyrillic version developed at ParaType in 1999 by Tagir Safayev and Vladimir Pavlikov.
